Ingredients
- A slice of ham and bacon. Other meats such as diced chicken or chicken sausages could be used for halal version
- 5 pcs of cherry tomato sliced
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Wholemeal or plain wraps
- Butter
Steps by Step Cooking Method
- Heat the pan in medium heat
- Put a slice of butter to melt
- Cook ham and bacon
- Once cooked, set aside
- Put wrap into the pan with the remaining butter
- Spread the mozzarella over the wrap
- Cut meats into thin slices and spread over the melted cheese
- Sprinkle some mozzarella over the meat to “hold” the meat
- Be watchful of the bottom of the wrap to ensure it doesn’t get burnt
- Serve hot
