Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 3-4 medium-size potato
- 1/4 of a small pumpkin
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 100ml fresh milk
- Thyme
- 1/2 cup carrot diced
- 1/2 cup of green peas
- I medium-size yellow onion
Step by step cooking method
- Preheat the oven at 180 deg for 20-min
- Boil peeled potatoes and pumpkin till soft
- Marinate beef with your fave seasoning for 1hr (I used Japanese yakitori sauce)
- Pan fry chopped yellow onion till slightly soft
- Add carrot and peas
- Add beef then thyme
- When almost cooked, remove and spread onto baking casserole
- Mash potato and pumpkin separately
- Spread pumpkin onto beef forming 1 layer
- Add egg yolk, cheese, a dash of salt and fresh milk into mashed potatoes
- Spread on top of the pumpkin
- Use a fork to draw letter S over the top
- Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top
- Bake 170 deg for 20-min
