Ingredients
- 1 pc of beancurd (clean and cut)
- French bean (wash and cut)
- 1 pk Shimeji mushroom (soak and cut)
- 5 cloves garlic (chop)
- Oyster sauce
- Seasoning powder
- Light soy sauce
- Mirin
- Cooking oil
Step by Step Cooking Method
- Add 1 tbsp cooking oil on the heated skillet. Add in the cut beancurd and pan-fried until golden and set aside
- Sautee the chopped garlic and add in the french bean and stir fry until 80% cooked, put in the Shimeji mushroom and stir fry
- Season with 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp seasoning powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin and mix well
- Add in the fried beancurd and mix well
- Ready to serve
