Ingredients
- Broccoli (soak & cut)
- Cauliflower (soak & cut)
- Carrot (wash and cut)
- 3 cloves garlic (chop)
- Oyster sauce
- Light soy sauce
- Mirin
- Seasoning powder
- Cooking oil
Step by Step Cooking Method
- Blanch broccoli with 1 tsp of cooking oil and salt, drain and set aside
- Heat up the 1 tbsp oil in the skillet and sautee the chopped garlic
- Add in the carrot and the cauliflower and stir fry
- Add in the blanched broccoli
- Season with 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp seasoning powder and have a quick stir
- Ready to serve
