Ingredients
- 4 stalks Celery (wash and cut)
- 1 pk Shimeji mushroom (soak & cut)
- Carrot (wash and shed)
- 4 cloves garlic (chop)
- Oyster sauce
- Seasoning powder
- Mirin
- Cooking oil
- Light soy sauce
Step by Step Cooking Method
- Heat up the skillet with 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Sautee the chopped garlic and add in the carrot and celery and stir fry
- Put in the Shimeji mushroom after the carrot and celery is 80% cooked and have a quick stir
- Add in 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp seasoning powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp mirin and mix well
- Ready to serve
